We are situated on the school campus of Ysgol Harri Tudor, located in between the towns of Pembroke and Pembroke Dock. Pembroke Leisure Centre has a variety of facilities to help you get fit, loose weight and improve health and well being within a friendly environment where you can meet new people.

Would you like to use our gym but you’re only here for a short time? No problem, you can register for our Gym Access for Visitors option, allowing you to use our gyms for a 14 day period.
Our pools have something for everyone.
Our main pool is a traditional rectangle 4 lane 25 x 9.5m variable depth pool. The depth ranges from 1.1m to 2m. It is ideal for training or for a leisurely swim.
Our learner pool is a 9 x 7.2m warmer pool perfect for younger children to start their Learn to Swim journey and for family fun. The depth ranges from 0.58m – 0.8m
We offer a variety of group exercise provision that consists of Cardio, Dance, Mind & Body, Strength & Conditioning and Group Cycling classes. Our instructors will guide you and keep you motivated throughout the session. Group Exercise classes are a great way for you to train with your friends or to meet new people. Group Exercise classes are usually located in either our sports hall or studio.

We have 2 courts at the centre, with squash being one of our most popular activities. Whether you are looking to play a gentler game of racquetball with a friend or train with our squash coach and compete in the local league, a game on the court can be a great way to keep fit and have fun.
