(E) Deferred payments 

When a property is taken into account in a client’s financial assessment, they can defer/delay paying for some or of their care costs.  This means they do not need to sell their property right away.  Administration costs include legal fees. Interest charged is based on national Fiscal Forecast which sets out the Market Gilt Rate.  This rate could change every 6 months on 1stJanuary and 1st June.
